  • Four-fifths of law firm leaders believe loyalty is declining.
  • Two-thirds of leaders believe associates are less interested in making partner.
  • Three-quarters of associates plan to stay in private practice in the near future.
  • A quarter of associates have partnership aspirations in their five-year plan.
  • Work-life balance is considered more important than salary when job searching.
